Copyright notice

- The exact URL and a clear description of the material you want removed or disabled.
- Your name and sufficient contact information, including an email address.
- A good-faith statement that the disputed use is not authorized by the owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act for the owner.
Review and action
Incomplete notices may delay review. We may request clarification, remove or restrict material, notify the relevant contributor or provider, and preserve records as legally required. Knowingly making a material misrepresentation may create liability, so consider fair use, licensing and other lawful uses before submitting a notice.
Counter-notification
If your material was removed because of mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice identifying the removed material and its former location, explaining under penalty of perjury why removal was mistaken, providing your contact details and signature, and consenting to the jurisdiction and service requirements applicable under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g). Valid counter-notices may be forwarded to the original complainant, and material may be restored when legally permitted.
Repeat infringement
Where applicable and appropriate, we may restrict contributors or services associated with repeated infringement. Trademark, privacy or other complaints should be clearly labelled because they may follow a different legal process.
